
Here Comes One Development All the Way from UAE to the Heart of Egypt on OOH

Real estate pioneer One Development rises on Greater Cairo’s OOH platform with a new captivating campaign with the company’s launch in the heart of Egypt. One Development’s prior successful OOH appearance was during December 2024 in Dubai with a campaign that was promoting Laguna Residence. The company is back on billboards even stronger with a contemporary and vibrant outdoor advertisement that is bound to grab the attention of passersby. The campaign is widely distributed across high-traffic areas in Egypt to draw the mass audience towards the idea of the advert.
One of the main visuals of the campaign uses the main tagline “From The UAE To The Heart of Egypt” indicating that One Development is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, and now for the first time, has come to Egypt to start developing projects. The ad copy “Inspired By You” is also used and this is an emotional message that will make consumers feel like they are part of the brand. The visual elements of the campaign are very creative since One Development uses the “O” as part of the ad visual whereas it is enlarged and the Great Pyramids of Giza are illustrated in the middle and background of this “O”. The river Nile is also portrayed in the visual to give the true sense of being in Egypt.
Another main visual of the campaign shows a woman holding an owl on top of her hand and the visual is aesthetically pleasing using the same tagline used in the other visuals. There is a green lamp on her right side making the visual even more appealing. Another visual gives an informative message which is the fact that One Development works in “Real Estate Development.” The ad copy is available in both English and Arabic to reach the Arabic-speaking audience. Another visual also portrays the enlarged letter “O” showing a mother with her daughter while her daughter draws in red on her face with the background of the Nile and the Cairo Tower. A separate ad visual shows a woman in a temple of ancient times while he holds her hat portraying the esque of Egyptian history. A different ad visual showcases a father riding his son’s bicycle while his son is running behind him within the “O” which is the exact same shape of the company’s typo.
