Housing and Development Bank (HDB) rises on Greater Cairo’s OOH platform with a new campaign filled with brand ambassadors that we all love including Khaled El Nabawy, Asmaa Galal and Ahmed Malek. HDB’s previous successful OOH appearance was during December 2024 when the bank was promoting cashback featuring Hesham Maged. Housing and Development Bank is currently back on track with a captivating new campaign for Ramadan 2025. The advert is inspired by the television advertisement and snapshots of the ambassadors are taken in an aesthetically pleasing way. The campaign uses the main tagline that translates to “HBD Unlimited Banking Services,” while portraying the bank’s name in both English and Arabic to reach the Arabic speaking population. Khaled El Nabawy is portrayed standing in the middle with his hand tucked into his pocket while Asmaa Galal is on the right side and Ahmed Malek is on the left. Ahmed Malek is portrayed holding a smartphone with the Housing and Development Bank application on his phone. This promotes the idea that banking services have now become easier with online banking options. The billboards prominently display HDB’s logo as well as a hotline for additional information or questions. The background is a green hue to match the bank’s main brand colors. Green is associated with balance and emotional equilibrium. It acts as a harmonizing force, bridging the gap between intellect and feeling. Another ad visual portrays Asmaa Galal holding a card from the bank using the same tagline. A separate visual showcases Khaled El Nabawy sitting in a lounge that says “HDB Royal” which seems to be the VIP section of the bank. Some visuals only show the bank’s logo and name which means that part of the campaign takes the branding approach.
