Madinet Masr climbs up on Greater Cairo’s outdoor advertising platform with a new branding and promotional campaign for their real estate project. Madinet Masr’s previous successful OOH appearance was in April 2024 when the brand was promoting Theqa featuring Big Ramy, El Kedwany, and Chico. Madinet Masr is back on billboards even stronger by tackling curiosity through the ad's visuals along with the copy. The campaign is widely distributed across the city in high-traffic areas and main roads to reach the maximum number of potential buyers and viewers. One of the main ad visuals shows the Madinet Masr red arrow logo popping out of the billboard’s frame making it a creative concept campaign. Another visual shows the ad copy that translates to “Egyptian Dream.” A separate ad visual uses the ad copy that translates to “Are school fees heavy on you” showing a red school bag. Another visual portrays sofas in a living room and uses the ad copy “Is finishing your home interiors heavy on you?.” Another visual demonstrates a building and uses the ad copy “Are monthly installments heavy on you?.” The project highlights the main aspects of the development which include a healthy lifestyle, international schools, clubhouses, a swimmable lagoon, and a mosque.
