Leading Cairo real estate firm, Land Mark Sabbour, is currently running a large outdoor advertising campaign to introduce their refreshed brand image and promote their latest residential project, "There," reinforcing their position as a market leader. LMD’s previous successful OOH appearance was during January 2025 when the brand was also advertising for “There.” LMD is currently back on billboards even stronger with a contemporary and captivating campaign that is bound to grab the attention of Cairo’s OOH audience. The campaign is widely distributed across the city hitting high-traffic areas and prime locations to attract the mass audience. This campaign is considered a follow up one since it uses the same main message and tagline that the previous campaign used.
The main tagline in the ad visuals is “Change to Office Villas at / there.” The campaign also embeds the bold and clear ad copy “New Cairo’s Newest Work Concept,” indicating that the establishment is built on a foundation of work. This ad copy is also informative since it reflects the location of the development. One of the campaign visuals portrays a guy sitting on a desk with his laptop on which is very relevant considering the campaign’s main purpose and message.
