Pioneering real estate developers G Developments has returned to Greater Cairo’s OOH arena with a contemporary campaign for their project NEW KAIRO. The campaign is widely distributed across the city and is considered a multi-format campaign that utilizes uni-poles, lampposts and flags. G Development’s prior successful OOH appearance was during January 2025 when the company was also advertising for NEW KAIRO. This indicates that G Developments is very active in terms of launching OOH campaigns to grab the attention of audiences towards the new development. One of the campaign visuals uses the ad copy “Connectivity The Boulevard,” while portraying a lane surrounded by greenery and a shuttle bus on the pavement. Another visual states that at NEW KAIRO there is “Hospitality Luxurious Hotel,” while including an aesthetically pleasing photograph of a lake with a large green area surrounding it. A separate visual shows people standing on a modern and contemporary rooftop having a talk while on the ground floor there is a beautiful garden and landscape using the ad copy “18-Hole Golf Course Golf Clubhouse.” Another visual embeds the ad copy “Sophisticated Living Golf Villas,” while demonstrating a couple in a pool that has a garden and front porch view. A separate visual uses the copy “Business/ Retail Downtown District,” highlighting the main features and advantages of NEW KAIRO with a drone-taken photograph of the district. Another visual highlights that the venue has “Educational Institutions” such as international schools and universities. Another phrase used on the billboards is “Sophisticated Living Newkairo Residential,” showing a photograph of the whole compound and green areas.
