Emaar’s prior successful campaign was during August 2024 for its project Avena The Valley, however, Emaar is currently back on track with an even more ambitious and captivating campaign. This campaign is a relatively new one that was released during the second week of February and is considered a single-format campaign that utilizes digital screens across the city of Dubai. This campaign has several different visuals with a unified message. One of the ad visuals contains the bold, large and clear ad copy “Dubai Hills Estate” right in the center of the billboard while portraying a background of leaves on a tree giving a natural esque to it. Another visual is split into two different snapshots, one of which is a foot on a skateboard and the other is of a hand on a knee in a meditative posture using the ad copy that translates to “Unwind, Play & Explore” which is the main tagline of the campaign. Another ad visual demonstrates a drone-taken, aesthetically pleasing photograph of the development which has a lot of green area and uses the informative ad copy “Built Around Hillside Park.” Last but not least, a separate visual also uses the main tagline while showcasing a football field and a ball along with a stone-like texture giving an aesthetic appeal to the campaign.
