For fifteen years, Image Developments has been building a reputation in the real estate industry by consistently delivering flawless, forward-thinking projects. Image Developments’ prior successful OOH appearance was last month during January 2025 when it launched a branding campaign raising awareness and familiarity across the streets of Greater Cairo. Image Developments are currently back on billboards with a captivating and contemporary OOH ad, advertising for its new retail shopping and administrative project “Siam Mall” in the heart of 6th of October. The visual illustrates Siam Mall’s official logo and typography along with highlighting Image Development’s logo on the left side of the banner at the bottom of the billboard. The ad visual also highlights the logo of another prime real estate company which has had a hand in the development of this magnificent project; “Re/Max Almohager.” One of the images portrays an Asian female in traditional wear while the logo of Siam Mall surrounds her. Another visual portrays an aesthetically pleasing photograph of the new mall. Some visuals contain an arrow pointing towards where the location of Siam Mall is which is a creative element of the campaign. Some of the visuals portray a picture of Siam Mall from the side angle while other visuals portray the mall from the front. The billboards also contain a hotline for additional information and uses an orange hue for the backdrop of all visuals. Orange is often associated with positive feelings such as optimism, confidence, enthusiasm, warmth, and agreeableness. As a bright and lively color, it can make people feel more outgoing and even bold. This contemporary mall in 6th of October City is a vibrant center for commerce, retail, and medical services. Its prime location in a rapidly expanding area of Egypt makes it a convenient destination for a variety of needs, offering a unique blend of retail shops, offices, and healthcare facilities.
