Real Estate project Alburouj rises on Greater Cairo’s Out-of-Home advertising platform with a contemporary campaign that is widely distributed across the city in high-traffic areas to grab maximum consumer attention. This follows Alburouj’s previous successful OOH appearance which was during June 2024 when the company was advertising for AlBurouj's livable community in New Heliopolis. Alburouj is back on billboards stronger with Imkan Misr as the main developer of this project. Alburouj is a thoughtfully designed, 500-hectare smart city located just 20 minutes outside of Cairo. This integrated community prioritizes its residents' well-being by offering a diverse range of housing options, including villas, townhouses, and apartments. Alburouj also boasts an array of convenient amenities such as a medical center, a shopping mall, a sports club, and educational institutions, creating a complete and fulfilling living experience. The main tagline includes a call to action which is “Visit Now / Alburouj Cultural Hub.” It also portrays the informative name of the hub in bold, large, and eye-grabbing ad copy in the center of the campaign. The slogan used in the campaign is “Now, Not Tomorrow,” which also takes the CTA approach that is bound to attract potential buyers and investors. Imkan Misr’s logo is prominently displayed at the bottom corner of the campaign. Some visuals use the ad copy “Business Park,” while others use the ad copy “Cadmus Int. School” portraying a school bus in the background. Separate visuals use the ad copy “Work Now” while others use the copy “Live Now / Vibrant Community.” Another visual uses the ad copy “Sports Club,” highlighting the amenities at the development. The ad visual is vivid, vibrant, colorful and captivating. It aesthetically portrays splashes of color with red being the dominant color of the billboards. Red colour is found to be the most intense colour that can attract attention and invoke strong emotions such as passion and love. The billboards also endorse a dark blue hue mixing with the red. The color dark blue is tied to knowledge, authority, and elegance. Visit MOOH to learn more about Alburouj’s OOH campaigns in Egypt.
