Dubai’s skyline is so often the host to attention-grabbing real estate advertisements, and Reportage Properties have joined the queue with a fresh, bold billboard campaign. Reportage Properties is shifting their marketing to high-visibility outdoors— a serious move in extending the reach of its brand.

Reportage Properties, founded in 2014 in Abu Dhabi, has been shaking up the property scene with investment, project management, and residential construction services. It’s notable to mention that they were actually the first developer to introduce townhouse loft designs to Abu Dhabi. With offices in Dubai, Cairo, Istanbul, Riyadh, Minsk, and Moscow, they’re behind projects across the UAE, Egypt, Morocco, Turkey, and Belarus.

Their hoardings command attention through a modern architectural visual blend, with strong emphasis on lifestyle imagery showing off luxurious living spaces and instilling warm, inviting scenes of families. The text "Building legacies one dot at a time" speaks to the tagline "Dot Your Life," pushing a message of long-term investment and stability. Its color scheme is balanced between dark, sleek tones and bright highlights for a premium yet approachable aesthetic. The design includes central imagery cut in a circular fashion, which guides the viewer's eye to the luxurious setting of a home and the warmth of the family.

Strategically positioned along major highways and high-traffic areas, these hoardings ensure maximum exposure to Dubai’s affluent residents and investors. By placing them along key commuting routes, Reportage Properties taps into an audience that is actively engaged in the city’s real estate market—professionals, expatriates, and high-net-worth individuals who might be considering their next property investment.

The campaign struck Dubai in the third week of January, over large-scale hoarding.
