
Erling Haaland Stars in Clear’s New OOH Campaign for The Cool Sport Menthol Shampoo

Cosmetics & personal care brand, Clear, climbs on Dubai’s outdoor advertising platform with its new shampoo “Cool Sport Menthol Shampoo” featuring football star Erling Haaland. The campaign is a relatively new one which was released during the second week of January. The OOH campaign is a single-format one which utilizes hoardings across Dubai in the UAE. Clear’s previous successful OOH campaign was during January 2023 when the company was advertising for the new 3-in-1 shampoo, shower gel & face wash.
Clear is back on billboards with a contemporary campaign using the star power of the widely loved and famous Erling Haaland. The campaign uses the main tagline “I am Erling Haaland and I choose CLEAR,” demonstrating the word “Men” right next to the tagline, highlighted in red to give a straightforward idea to audiences about the campaign and product. The tagline is portrayed in both English and Arabic to reach the maximum number of consumers.
The center of the billboard portrays Erling Haaland with long, healthy hair, holding the new shampoo. The product is an anti-dandruff shampoo for men called Cool Sport Menthol, and since the shampoo is linked to sports, there was no one better to be a brand ambassador than Erling Haaland. The packaging of the shampoo has the ad copy “10X** Deep Cooling Effect” which is bound to grab the attention of men across Dubai. The packaging also has the logo which says "Clinically Proven,” and “100% Dandruff Free.” The bottle portrays a leaf of peppermint and an ice cube to give consumers an idea about the ingredients and how it would feel to wash their hair with it. CLEAR Men Shampoo is designed for Men's scalps which are weaker and more prone to dandruff. The shampoo is made to make men’s scalps nourished, clean and fresh.
