Ajmal Makan Property has entered into the much-expanding market of luxury real estate OOH by airing a new campaign in Sharjah. This big-format hoarding unveiled the brand's ambition to get a tighter grip on the regional competitive luxury real estate market, after their previous campaign for their Althuraya Island project. While Ajmal Makan previously focused on digital engagement, this outdoor campaign is a new direction-one to cultivate potential investors and homeowners through high-impact, real-world visibility.

Visuals of the campaign lean strongly into an aspirational lifestyle. This billboard is dominated by imagery of a high-quality seaside villa, with the background of a serene sky with crystal-like water to give it the feel of exclusiveness and tranquility. The tagline enforces a perfect marriage of high living smoothly with nature; hence, their tagline "Nature's Flow. Endless Luxury.". The palette of colors-azure blues, sandy neutrals, and emerald greens-is continuously used to support the brand promise of waterfront elegance, and the clean typography and a minimalist design ensure that the message is clear and elevated. With an upscale aura, the brand is indicating a strategic effort at attracting ultra-high-net-worth buyers seeking high-end coastal residences.

Geographically, placing this campaign in Sharjah is very strategic. While Dubai and Abu Dhabi have long been holding the real estate game in town, Sharjah is more conservative yet is now emerging as a beacon for luxury living as well. Situating the hoarding alongside a major highway, Ajmal Makan ensures visibility among both day-to-day commuters and affluent travelers, therefore tapping into such a diverse audience that consists of investors in neighboring emirates as well.

The campaign was unveiled on Sharjah’s hoarding, in the second week of January.
