Palm Hills Development’s prior successful OOH appearance was during November 2024 when it was advertising for its latest project P/X. Palm Hills is currently back on billboards even stronger with vibrant and captivating visuals that are bound to grab the attention of passersby. The campaign is also heavily distributed to attract the largest number of potential clients. The campaign uses the main tagline “Transforming The Experience of Living,” while portraying a big “25 Years” design with the slogan “The Pride of An Address. The slogan establishes the company’s brand identity, making loyal customers feel a sense of pride that they are linked to this brand. The backdrop used for the campaign is black which is linked to protection, power, elegance and sophistication. Black is also known to intimidate and is a seductive color when it comes to OOH. It also gives a sense of prestige and authority making it the perfect color for the campaign. Similar to Palm Hills’s logo which is prominently displayed, the large “25” on the billboard is in the color red which really makes it stand out. Red in color psychology represents strength, energy and passion. It is also known to motivate, grab attention, and stimulate making it the perfect choice of color with the black.
