Don't Overthink It! Sephora Got Your Back in Holiday Season on DOOH
Pioneering cosmetics & personal care brand Sephora has popped up on Dubai’s DOOH scene with a new branding campaign celebrating the holiday season. The campaign is relatively new and was released during the fourth week of December while the world was celebrating Christmas. The campaign is a single-format one which utilizes digital screens across Dubai. Sephora’s prior successful OOH appearance was during October 2024 and it was advertising for the brand Glossier which is now exclusively available at Sephora.
Sephora is currently back on billboards, which are stronger than ever with festive and captivating visuals. One of the striking campaign visuals showcases a large water-filled sparkle ball but instead of glitter filled with it, Sephora packages are filled with it with red ribbons around the gifts indicating that were in the holiday season which is related to giving others presents. The black base of the water ball has the ad copy “Sephora” on it. Around the water-filled glitter ball are other balls that have either mascara, lipstick, eyeshadow pallet, or Sephora packages in them triggering excitement in girls in the UAE.
The campaign uses the main tagline “Give Something Beautiful” in both English and Arabic to reach the maximum number of target audience. Another ad visual portrays Sephora Christmas packages and bags with christmas balls around them. Another ad visual uses a call to action which is “Download the App” with a background of Sephora’s signature black and white horizontal stripes.
