OOH Announces, Disney’s New Movie “Mufasa” Premieres at Sharjah Safari
Sharjah Safari climbs up on Dubai’s OOH scene with a new campaign exciting audiences with the new movie premiere “Mufasa The Lion King” which will be displayed in an outdoor cinema. The campaign is a relatively new one which was released during the fourth week of December while the new year is on the verge of starting. The campaign is a multi-format campaign utilizing lampposts, megacoms, and unipoles across Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates. Sharjah Safari’s previous successful OOH appearance was during March 2022 advertising for an African wildlife adventure.
One of the campaign visuals shows the lion cub Mufasa while highlighting that the name of the movie is “MUFASA” while portraying the Disney logo and using the ad copy “Only In Cinemas December.” This ad copy is used in all the visuals. Another visual uses the ad copy “Experience Disney Mufasa The Lion King,” along with “at Sharjah Safari’s outdoor cinema!.” The same ad visual also includes a call for action which is “Book Your Tickets at Voxcinemas.com.” The visual also prominently displays the VOX Cinemas logo. The campaign is launched in both English and Arabic to reach the maximum number of target audiences.
The visual also shows an aesthetically pleasing poster of the movie including the main character “Mufasa.” Another visual uses the same ad copy except for different visuals of the main characters of the movie.
The collaboration between Sharjah Safari, Disney, and VOX Cinemas brought the magic of "Mufasa: The Lion King" to the region, offering a unique cinematic experience within the context of a leading eco-tourism destination.
