One prime example of this luxurious lifestyle is The Orchard Place, an exclusive residential development nestled in the heart of Dubai. This project offers residents a range of premium amenities, including a refreshing swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and dedicated concierge services. The apartments themselves are spacious and elegantly designed, providing breathtaking views of the city's impressive skyline.
The OOH visual uses the ad copy “New type of apartments with swimming pools” while portraying the residential development which has several towers beside each other and the tallest tower of them all is popping out of the top of the billboards making it a die-cut campaign. The campaign also highlights that the company is launching “Phase 3” while in the previous successful OOH appearance by the developers back in October 2024, The Orchard Place was announcing its soon-to-launch project.
The campaign is a single-format one that utilizes hoardings and was released during the fourth week of December.
