TG Developments has launched an OOH campaign to promote the launch event of Palm East New Cairo, featuring the renowned Lebanese singer, Nancy Ajram, following the brand’s previous OOH campaign.
The campaign utilizes a suitable visual language, with a dark background and vibrant orange accents. The campaign was seen with 2 different ad faces, one is featuring the star Nancy Ajram along with the launching event info and the developer's logo and hotline, and the developer's partners logos, (Future Group Development, Idea Group, Plus, and Hafez Consultants. The other ad on the other end includes Palm east New Cairo and info about the project, "Apartments starts from 75m square, Up to 10 years installments, and Starting from 10% downpayment."
The campaign also highlights the project's prime location in New Cairo. The project’s amenities included a commercial mall, hospitality services, lakes, water fountains, and recreational facilities. The tagline "Apartments Starts From 75m" emphasizes the affordability of the project,
TG Developments aims to reach a wide audience and generate significant interest in Palm East New Cairo. The campaign's clear messaging and strong visual identity effectively communicate the project's unique selling points and its potential to offer a luxurious and convenient lifestyle.
