Compound Lives at The Heart of Cairo! Fustat View Visits Billboards
MINT by Al Ahly Sabbour and Urban Development Fund has launched an OOH campaign to promote its project, Fustat View. The campaign leverages a visually minimal design, drawing inspiration from the historical significance of the Fustat district, following the brand’s previous OOH campaign during July 2024.
The OOH advertisements feature a warm, earthy color palette, reminiscent of ancient architecture and craftsmanship. The Fustat View logo, with its elegant typography, is prominently displayed, alongside the project tagline, "حياة الكومبوند قلب القاهرة" (The compound life in the heart of Cairo). This tagline underscores the project's commitment to quality and innovation.
The billboard also showcases a captivating image of some traditional Islamic architecture, evoking the rich cultural heritage of the Fustat district. This visual element reinforces the project's connection to history and its unique selling point.
By strategically placing billboards in high-traffic areas across Cairo, MINT by Al Ahly Sabbour aims to reach a wide audience and generate significant interest in Fustat View.
The Fustat View project is a major initiative by the Fund to revitalize the urban landscape and stimulate economic growth. By investing EGP 6bn in a 30-feddan development, the project will create a vibrant mixed-use community with residential, hotel, and administrative spaces. Construction is currently 40% complete.
