Binghatti has partnered with global luxury brands including; Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, and Jacob & Co. has plans to expand in the upcoming years, with a particular focus on strengthening its real estate portfolio in Dubai.

The campaign visuals use the main tagline “The UAE’s leading property brand” while portraying aesthetically taken photographs of the uniquely designed architecture of the Skyrise project.

The visuals also prominently display BinGhatti’s official logo and the official website domain for additional information. Another campaign visual highlights the logo Binghatti “Skyrise” while using the ad copy “You are invited 10 AM to 10 PM” at “Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski - Cairo” portraying the venue’s logo and the date which is from the 9th to the 12th of November. Binghatti’s team is known to be available at the Kempinski Hotel, New Cairo, offering personalized consultations and support for potential clients. 

Some of the campaign visuals use the main tagline “Binghatti, The UAE’s leading property brand.” The Binghatti Skyrise visuals use a black backdrop to make the ad white ad copy bold and clear and to make the logo and invitation pop out and stand out so that motorists can view what is written clearly while they are commuting on the busy roads of Cairo. In color psychology, black is the color of power and sophistication. It is an incredible color that reflects authority, security, and protection while intimidating the crowds. It is also arousing and has an elegant sense, making it one of the most perfect colors for the campaign. 

Binghatti Skyrise is an esteemed waterfront development by Binghatti Developers set in Business Bay. The project consists of three luxurious towers each designed with distinctive and contemporary techniques and are approximately 48-storeys high. The residential complex provides a wide range of living spaces such as studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. Each residence provides tremendous views that overlook Burj Khalifa, Dubai Water Canal, and the Downtown Dubai skyline. Amenities include those that are similar to resorts such as a golf course with a lake, a basketball court, a tennis and padel tennis court, a running track, a badminton court, a beach, indoor and outdoor fitness zones, gardens, and much more.
