The visual uses the ad copy which translates to “Every Thursday and Friday Offers and Discounts” to grab consumers’ maximum attention on the roads. However, the campaign shows a misinterpretation of boxing day which is in fact a holiday observed on the first weekday after Christmas Day. The campaign portrays boxing day as if it is actually related to boxing, the combat sport and martial art showing boxing gloves and a boxing ring in the campaign visual. The ad copy also highlights that the sale will include “Exclusive Discounts” while stating the official sponsors of the campaign which include Elaraby, Tornado, Sharp, Toshiba, La Germania, Candy, and Heller.
