Premium cosmetics & personal care brand Sephora has recently launched a D/OOH advertisement announcing that ‘Clean Girl’ makeup brand Glossier has finally arrived in Dubai. The campaign utilizes digital screens in the city’s busy roads to grab attention of makeup lovers and influencers. The campaign was launched during the second week of October following Sephora’s previous OOH for Huda Kattan’s new Easy Blur collection one week ago. The visuals demonstrate a bunch of Glossier’s signature and best seller products including the ‘Ultralip,’ a luxurious lipstick with a moisturizing balm, glossy shine, and buildable color. The visuals also display the ‘Cloud Paint’ which are seamless cheek colors and the most user-friendly blush and bronzers under the sun. They look like paint tubes so they make the billboards look very vibrant, colorful, and captivating. Also portrayed in the D/OOH, is the ‘Generation G,’ sheer matte, fragrance-free lipstick with a perfect amount of color diffused. The ‘Stretch Fluid Foundation’ is also shown in several shades which is a buildable product. Glossier’s products are all cruelty-free. The screens use the tagline “Glossier. Available Only At Sephora” which indicates that there’s no other place in the UAE selling Glossier products. Other visuals use the ad copy “Available at Dubai Mall” raising awareness that a Sephora store is available over there. Most billboards use the short description “Sephora X Glossier” just to let passersby have an idea on what the campaign is generally about. Sephora’s signature horizontal stripes have decorated the city of Dubai once again.
