The new phase includes 200 units, comprising apartments, duplexes, villas, and townhouses. The ad copy highlights that the contemporary development consists of “Quads - Duplexes - Apartments.” It also points out that the project resides in “New Cairo.”

One of the campaign visuals portrays an aesthetic photograph of a woman’s face in between what seems to be a field of wheat or crops. Other visuals showcase the luxurious development and its outstanding view.

The billboards use a lot of the color white which symbolizes cleanliness, purity and perfection. It gives people a sense of refreshment, balance, and simplicity, which makes it an iconic color for The Crest.
