IMKAN Branding Campaign Runs Down its Projects on the OOH Locale
Real estate developer IMKAN Properties, situated in Abu Dhabi, is starting their second campaign with the smartest strategy showcasing their projects. IMKAN properties are renowned for creating ethereal environments that improve lives, having worked on 26 projects spanning two continents.
Their latest campaign includes all-white billboards featuring prominent projects like Rabat's Le Carrousel, the Story Resort in the Seychelles, Abu Dhabi's Makers District, Abu Dhabi's Sha Residences, and Cairo's Alburouj. Every billboard begins, with "The Makers of..." and ends with the project name, highlighting the brand's relationship to both national and global trends.This is, from a marketing point of view, the most minimalistic way to cut through the clutter: a simple design with a clear message.
The white space, along with concise text, speaks volumes about their high-end consideration of thought. The phrasing "The Makers of…," enables IMKAN to be regarded as a purveyor of poignant spaces. The series of billboards positions IMKAN as innovative and consistent, resonating across a wide range of audiences from millennials to ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
