BBC's OOH Advertising Campaign Confirms How Credibility Is Everything
BBC News Arabic has launched a new out-of-home (OOH) campaign in Greater Cairo to gain audience trust and show corporate social responsibility while expanding the horizons of its audience with the fact that it provides opposing opinions and doesn't take sides. The campaign comes after BBC News Arabic's last appearance in May 2023 and uses a powerful message which translates to " Don't trust the news that doesn't consider all views."
The OOH campaign uses various displays including unipoles, megacoms, as well as small billboards in Zamalek , with a powerful distribution to reach a wide audience in Greater Cairo. The visuals are eye-catching and are set to generate excitement around BBC News Arabic's high-quality journalism.
The slogan used in the campaign is " Trust is Earned," while the ad uses the main bold colors black, white, and red. These colors create a sense of seriousness and gravity, which can be effective in news advertising that deals with important or weighty topics. The colors can also refer to objectivity and impartiality that is focused on factual reporting or investigative journalism.
