Dubai Developments in Collaboration with Mohamed Talaat A Architects have curated a project to achieve a destination with city lights but with lagoon vibes and according to that equation, Lumia Lagoons appeared to fill the spot. This is the brand’s first appearance. The project is located in the New Capital a destination that has no compromises as it offers a mix of city lights but with lagoon energy as it is located in the R8 a residential area in the new capital city and also the project's main aim so to offer spaces for a large segment by offering both studios and apartments the compound also presents all the needs that a resident could need from services to entertainment. The visuals showcase the main vibe that is a mixture between concrete jungle and simplicity which is supported by the main tagline of “City Lights With Lagoon Vibes”. The colors used are very refreshing and really elaborate on the main characteristics of the project. The main color of white represents purity and is also a mascot for the city side of the project while blue represents serenity and innocence which is the mascot for the lagoon side of the project.
