The fourth project is “IV Business Park” where work meets a new way of venturing the way people work that offers innovative futuristic workspaces. The fifth project is “Wingate” a destination curated specially for business owners as it has an excellent location while offering a hub for all things administrative, medical, and commercial. The final project is the “N90 Business Complex” a business complex heading to greatness and a great future full of thriving innovative structures.
The visuals are simple but highly effective, hosting the main tagline of “We Add More” while stating they offer “More Opportunities”. The ad copy elaborates on how the brand can offer more by; offering more prime locations, unique spacing, smart technologies, connectivity and while being energizing.
