ERG Developments had released a campaign on Cairo’s open spaces promising that “Things Are Going To Change” a bold statement with an exciting stance. This follows their previous campaign in November 2021.

The brand has promised that things will change, promoting their high end projects that have rocked the real estate scene while elevating with each and every project. The projects showcased are “Eelaf Residence” which is a project focusing on catering to the millennial generation. It also has its own ideology on what makes a place special where the project has focused on who rather than how by fostering a specific environment to this specific generation with a vibrant approach. The second project would be “Diamond Tower I” which is located in the downtown area of the capital, an elegant, modern French-inspired project.

The third project is “Diamond Tower II” which is the sequel to the previous project that offers commercial hotel-style apartments and commercial spaces also located in the Capital. “MoonReal Tower” is a project located in the Capital a mall with cutting-edge futuristic design.

The visuals have a highly saturated usage of pigmentation to showcase the variety of projects by extracting an element from each with the usage of the colors that all revolve around green and blue and having the brands logo in the middle in silver a color that represents prosperity and futurism. The campaign hosts the main tagline of “Things Are About To Change” and has all the project logos on the ad copy.
