Inspired By The World, Advertised on Cairo’s OOH! Ma’alem Development Joins The Real Estate Race
Ma’alem Development has climbed up on Cairo’s outdoor advertising platform with its new awareness campaign for its new project “Malaga Vida” in Sidi Abdel Rahman, North Coast. This expansive project, covering 105 feddans, represents a crucial step forward for the company. Ma’alem’s previous campaign was during February 2018, and the company has now appeared with a new and catchy logo.
Some of the campaign visuals displayed Ma’alem’s logo and zoomed-in logo for the background along with the tagline “Developments, Inspired By The World.” Other visuals portray Malaga Vida’s logo design, portraying a photograph of a woman’s face profile with roses in her hair and a Spanish-culture earring using the tagline “A Glimpse Of Spain” in bright red. Another visual displays a photograph of a lagoon-like pool at Malaga Vida displaying its beautiful and relaxing atmosphere with palm trees and chalets surrounding it.
A separate billboard showcases one of the luxury villas at the compound with a pool view. The billboards highlight that Malaga Vida is at “Sidi Abd El Rahman” while prominently displaying the company’s hotline for additional information or reservation.
Malaga Vida is a comprehensive resort, encompassing residential, commercial, recreational, and service facilities. Inspired by the allure of Spain’s most enchanting coastal towns, the project features a Spanish architectural design. The project will encompass roughly 1,800 residential units, a combination of villas and chalets, designed to provide residents with maximum privacy. A standout component of the Malaga development is a vast 12-fedan commercial mall.
