McDonald’s Takes To Pursue A New Endeavor With Locally Inspired Items On UAE's Open Spaces
McDonald’s had released a promotional campaign in the second week of August 2024 in Dubai and Sharjah, exhibiting their trial in offering localized items rather than their traditional menu. Utilizing digital screens and lampposts, this follows their previous campaign in July 2024.
In a daring move McDonald’s takes a step to offer iconic Gulf themed items for the public the items are “Spicy Chicken McNuggets” and “Iced Karak” both a symbols of arabic genuinity and legitimacy, a huge surprising stunt that will change the way locals are Mclovin it.
The visuals mainly have two versions including the digital screens that preview the spicy chicken McNuggets using warm colors like light brown fading to white as the background while having the McDonald’s Logo looming in its signature yellow and red. For the lampposts, the use of gradient brown to orange truly helps the main focus of hot weather, cold drink while hosting a truly iconic drink.
