Recognizing that daily life can be exhausting and stressful, the company aims to inspire wanderlust and adventure and motivate audiences to prioritize leisure and relaxation. Their debut campaign, “The Best Travel Deals,” is designed to grab maximum attention of potential travelers and entice them to escape the daily grind. By strategically placing their billboards and campaign messages in high-visibility outdoor areas, the app aims to reach the maximum number of people possible and position themselves as the go-to platform for booking unforgettable holiday deals. Cleartrip’s OOH campaign was distributed across Dubai and is considered a multi-format campaign since it consists of both uni-poles and lampposts. The advert was launched during the first week of August 2024 following Cleartrip’s prior successful OOH during July 2024. One of the campaign visuals uses the bold tagline “The Best Travel Deals, Period,” along with “Get the best offers on flights & hotels.” The visual portrays a very simple outline of a smartphone with three icons in the middle resembling; an airplane for flights, a building for hotels and accommodation, and a tick for easy access or Cleartrip’s logo which is also a tick. The visual also includes a call to action which is “Download the Cleartrip app.” The lamppost billboards send a different message which is that customers can “Cancel without hassle” and this is through “EzCancel.” People now have the option to not let unexpected travel rules or personal plans derail their trip and they can enjoy peace of mind by choosing EzCancel when they book. This helps avoid expensive fees and allows travelers to focus on the fun of traveling. The background color used for the campaign is orange which is a very uplifting and optimistic color associated with passion and fun, along with happiness, joyfulness and being active and cheerful, making it a very suitable color for the campaign considering that it revolves around traveling.
