The out-of-home campaign for Begonia Residence utilizes color and motion to effectively pull the attention of the viewers. Though simple and containing large detailed begonias against a dark green background the visuals depict nature, growth, and beauty which correlates with the luxury and calmness of life that is to be expected in the residence. 

The message of the ad ‘Begonia Residence’ and the tagline ‘Simply Home’ is quite simple, in lieu of the company’s slogan suggesting that true luxury is simple and attainable. The call to action, which is well located in the strategically placed traditional out-of-home spaces, is the real estate developer's hotline.
