Burberry recently launched a DOOH advertising campaign across Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. The campaign utilizes digital screens to showcase Burberry’s Rocking Horse Bag featuring brand ambassadors; actress Asami Mizukawa and model Nora Attal. This campaign was launched during the first week of July 2024 following the famed British luxury fashion house’s previous DOOH campaign also this month launching its Burberry Gold fragrance starring Emma Mackey. Burberry has a long history with horses, and that’s reflected in the Rocking Horse Bag. The straps look like reins, and the bag itself is curved like a rocking horse, that fun toy we all rode as kids. Burberry has a new way of closing their bags that shows off their brand. It’s a round clasp that turns to look like the letter “b”, which is their new symbol. The bag features two design elements that represent Burberry’s heritage. On the back, you’ll find a raised image of a knight on horseback (the Equestrian Knight Design). Inside some versions of the bag there’s the classic check pattern. The visual portrays Asami Mizukawa holding the brown Rocking Horse Bag while Nora Attal is carrying the black one, while another visual shows both stars and the black bag alone in the middle.
