There’s a lot of excitement in Cairo following the launch of a new outdoor advertising campaign by IL CAZAR Developments. The campaign promotes their new high-end residential project, Safia. Big billboards with the slogan which translates to “The Water and The Air” have been put up around the city. One billboard shows a woman enjoying her time and chilling in the pool, while another captures a photograph underwater. The brand’s prior appearance was during February 2024 when IL CAZAR was promoting its development THE CREST using the tagline “A Life Worth Living”. The real estate company’s name, inspired by the great Julius Caesar, represents a fresh approach to Egyptian real estate, filled with excitement and groundbreaking ideas. The campaign displays the ad copy “Ras El Hekma” which is a rising new city sprawling over 12,000 acres offering a mix of housing options - from luxurious villas to cozy apartments and convenient townhouses. It also includes shops, entertainment venues, and healthcare facilities, making it a complete and thriving community. The new development project called Safia is coming to the North Coast’s Ras El Hekma area. Almarasem is the company managing the project. Safia has a 4 km long private beach with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The campaign uses a sky-blue color theme to represent the sea and the vibes of summer and the North Coast. The color symbolizes daydreaming, aqualife, and relaxation, making it perfect for the campaign.
