Saadiyat Cultural District Abu Dhabi is reaching out to its neighbors and cultural fiends in Dubai, with a minimalist yet poignant OOH campaign in the city. Overseen by the Department of Culture And Tourism, this campaign branded the hub as a global one for artistic exploration and historical immersion. After the advertiser’s last campaign promoting tourism, they returned to the OOH scene with a blaze. The sleek black visuals were emblazoned with the bold white statement: One of the greatest concentrations of cultural institutions. The Saadiyat Cultural District logo, also in white, completes this minimalist aesthetic. This powerful message isn't mere rhetoric. Nestled on Saadiyat Island, this visionary project in the hospitality and tourism industry brings together a dazzling array of museums, performing arts venues and educational institutions. The crown jewel of the district is undoubtedly Louvre Abu Dhabi, a breathtaking architectural marvel housing an unparalleled collection of artworks spanning millennia. Soon to join its ranks is the highly anticipated Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, promising a focus on contemporary art from around the world. But Saadiyat Cultural District isn't just about iconic museums. Manarat Al Saadiyat, meaning place of enlightenment in Arabic, serves as a vibrant community space hosting exhibitions, workshops and even performances. The Zayed National Museum, currently under construction, will delve into the rich heritage of the UAE. Additionally, the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi and teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi are slated to join the constellation. On Dubai’s digital screens, the campaign was unveiled in the first week of June.
