Palm Hills takes real estate to cultural level
Following their strong branding campaign that was launched in March and later on expanded in April, real estate developer Palm Hills has launched a new OOH campaign to announce the launch of their new project Badya.
With colorful artwork that depicts different oil paintings, the ads present the project as a cultural development, comparing it to New York’s Lower East Side and SoHo districts. The ad copy promises an “ever lasting legacy” in an “intellectual property market”.
The campaign hit the roads during the second week of May and can be seen on most roads of Greater Cairo with mega signs, large and x-large uni-poles, and double-decker poles, as well as gate and serial combinations of great visibility.
