Tatweer Misr has once again taken over Cairo’s visual landscape, launching a high-profile campaign for Il Monte Galala that leans into global star power. By enlisting Hollywood legend Will Smith as the face of the project, the developer has successfully pivoted the city’s attention toward the ambitious Marina Towers. This latest push follows the momentum of last month’s teaser phase, creating a seamless transition from brand awareness to product-specific desire.

The campaign’s strategic footprint spans some of Greater Cairo’s most vital roadways, including 90th Street in East Cairo, the 26th of July Axis, and the 6th of October Bridge. The creative direction strikes a balance between luxury and summer escapism. One standout visual features Smith unwinding along the shoreline while the Marina Towers rise majestically in the background, subtly reinforcing the project’s vertical luxury. Another, more whimsical execution shows the actor reading a crimson-covered book on the beach with the Red Sea referenced in its title, a clever metaphorical wink to the development’s iconic location along the Red Sea.
