This growth is hardly surprising given the country’s rapid population increase, which continues to open doors for investors to capitalize on rising demand and invest in real estate.

Pins & Corners entered the real estate race with a simple OOH branding campaign aimed at increasing brand awareness and asserting market presence.

Their copy featured the slogan “Places to Discover” as the headline, the brand logo centered for visual dominance, and the website positioned in the lower third. This clean visual hierarchy supports brand awareness objectives while enhancing memorability and facilitating stronger brand recall.

The visuals are coherent with their brand identity. The use of earthy tones aligns with their design philosophy, as mentioned on their website “Our design philosophy is inspired by nature.” This is also a highly effective choice for a branding-driven campaign, reinforcing consistency across touchpoints.

The placement of their OOH billboards is another smart strategic move. Waslet Dahshur Road is a prime playground for real estate developers investing in Sheikh Zayed. Positioning themselves among competitors allows them to target commuters who live nearby, targeting prospects with a higher probability of conversion & effectively paving the road ahead of their West Wind project launch.

To build on the awareness achieved, the next OOH wave should adopt a conversion-focused approach by adding a hotline to capture interested prospects.
