Daniel Lee, Burberry's artistic director, has revealed his first swimwear campaign especially when it’s the perfect timing for the campaign at the beginning of the summer; following the previous campaign which was back in 2022. To promote the Lola Bags which was also at the beginning of summer 2022.\r\nThe campaign Photography is Tyrone Lebon, a long-time collaborator with Burberry, to illustrate the new collection in a nautical theme which is pretty convenient for a swimwear collection. Starring the models Tess Carter and Tianna St. Louis. \r\nThe visuals are in black and white to create a classic, timeless feel and emphasize the shapes and silhouettes of showcased pieces. Additionally, black and white photography is used to draw attention to the details and textures, as color can sometimes distract from those elements. \r\nThe campaign is displayed using digital screens, showcasing the collection's designs in high-definition and with a level of detail that may not be possible through traditional print media. This approach allows for a more dynamic and interactive presentation of the collection, with the ability to display the garments from multiple angles and perspectives.\r\nMany international brands do take cultural differences into account when they advertise in Arab markets. This can involve adapting styles, packaging, and marketing messages to better resonate with local consumers. And that was exactly the case in this campaign, although the campaign was about swimwear, yet, Burberry decided to follow the Arab culture by placing visuals of decently-dressed models. \r\nIt’s worth mentioning that in this summer swimwear collection, you can spot the iconic Check design. Originating from the brand's classic raincoats in the 1920s, the Check pattern has since become a global fashion sensation, embodying exquisite craftsmanship and unique style. In A Burberry Summer, the revered Check design takes center stage, gracing a plethora of men's and women's swimwear and accessories. From chic bikinis and shorts to opulent robes, trendy bucket hats, and spacious totes, this collection is the ultimate fashion passport to a stylish beach getaway.
