The marketing objective is to raise awareness for the residential project in West Cairo; Terrace Zayed. With the in-progress development of the residential project, Housing Development Properties utilizes out-of-home advertising to once again advertise Terrace Zayed. With the location promoting a tranquil experience, the ad message; “Breathe in the calmness” encourages OOH viewers and potential residential property purchasers to call their hotline on the billboard spaces.
