In 2022 Mountain View breaks the annual record of launching awareness and branding to the public with a grand total of 9 campaigns in one year compared to the average of 6 outdoor campaigns per year! The last appearance of the real estate developer in the streets of Greater Cairo using OOH advertising was in the month of December 2022, with the marketing objective to raise awareness for Mountain View’s newest phase launching now Mountain Top in the residential project in West Cairo’s (October City); iCity. The visuals for the OOH campaign share a feeling of tranquility with the ad messages; “Where Wellness has Peaked” and “Where Harmony has Peaked”.
With the beginning of 2023, Mountain View shares a heartwarming ad message with today’s out-of-home branding campaign. The visuals for the out-of-campaign showcase a beautiful home decorated for the Christmas season with Christmas lighting and a big Christmas tree at the entrance of the home with a happy family celebrating both Christmas and New Year. Both visuals and ad message portray a sense of happiness supported by the ad message “Experience Happiness”.
