Real Estate developer Misr Italia brings us a new second-home project on the Red Sea: Kai SOKHNA on the Zafarana Road. The project, which has just won the Residential Low Rise Project Future Award at Cityscape 2017, offers a diverse range of luxurious villas and even includes a five-star hotel that will be managed and operated by hospitality giant Hilton. With double-decker poles, gates and Large and X-Large uni-poles, the ads portray a modern-style wooden villa before a blue, open sky. Luxury, serenity, comfort… so many concepts at once will make you think you’re driving away from the city hassle!
