In 1976 Miraco Egypt was founded as a joint stock company by its Chairman Adel Barakat, who has been in the industry for over 44 years. The original factory, built in 1979 in Abu Rewash, was 5,400 m2 and had a production capacity of 2,000 Boxes per year with a total workforce of 250 employees. In 1992, Miraco signed a joint venture agreement with Carrier Corporation. With today's out-of-home campaign, it appears that Miraco Egypt has become the official distributor for the Japanese home appliance tech giant; Toshiba!   

It's been more than 3 years since we last saw Miraco Egypt in the out-of-home spaces of Greater Cairo. June 2019 OOH campaign raise awareness for the cutting-edge air conditioners that keep your home cool and comfortable; Midea. With the very hot summers of Greater Cairo, the visuals for the campaign showcased that the Air Conditioner will not only keep your home or office cool in the hot summer that might reach up to 52°C, but it will also save up to 50% of the electric consumption compared to other Air Conditioners in the market!   

As 2022 marks Toshiba’s 145 years by your side, Miraco Egypt advertises today’s out-of-home campaign with the marketing objective of raising awareness for Toshiba’s commitment to caring about the details that matter to you the most. To reach out to young adults that are moving out from their nests to start their lives in their new homes, Miraco Egypt selected the acting star Yasmin Raeis as the campaign’s brand ambassador to connect with the segmented target audience.
