Paragon Developments share its objective to develop Smart and Sustainable Administrative Spaces via OOH

Paragon Developments is a people-oriented real estate developer that creates better workspaces in order for communities to expand and prosper to make a difference. With the clear objective of developing administrative spaces, Paragon Developments hits the ground running by announcing not one but two first intelligent office buildings in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt.

The last appearance for Paragon Developments in the streets of Greater Cairo using out-of-home advertising was 10 months ago with February 2022’s campaign’s objective to raise awareness for the outstanding intelligent workspace project in the New Administrative Capital’s Financial District; Paragon 2.

After Paragon 1 in the New Administrative Capital’s Opera House area was already sold out and the announcement of Paragon 2 in the most recent campaign, Paragon Developments decided to utilize the out-of-home space of Greater Cairo in this month of December 2022 to launch a branding campaign to showcase the real estate developer’s objective! Using a green background to reflect sustainability, Paragon Developments displays “ OK… Everyone is sustainable and smart now!” as the ad message for the campaign. As the real estate developer aims to develop better working spaces for communities that aim to innovate and grow, Paragon Development proudly states that “We are Paragon”, which is not only a proud statement but also the real estate developer’s call to action to those who are in search for smart workspaces in the NAC.
