Danube Properties are back with a new campaign after their previous one was reviewed back in April 2022. The real estate developer’s new campaign is about a new project that’s coming soon called “Elitz by Danube”, which sounds very specific and targets a certain demographic. The “Coming Soon” statement has been placed in all campaign mediums from digital screens, lampposts, and uni-poles. It’s been noticed also that the coming soon campaign in Dubai indicates a strategic placement of the campaign. The project aims to be an “architectural landmark” to match its name, with a glass facade and easy access to all major roads such as Al Khail Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and Sheikh Zayed Road. It’s worth mentioning that Danube Properties’ third project, Opalz, got sold out on its first day of launching which refers to the concrete solid trust investors have towards the Emirati real estate market and towards the real estate developer specifically.
