Throughout the years IGI Developments has been developing several residential projects in Egypt. The last appearance of the real estate developer in the streets of Greater Cairo using outdoor advertising was not so long ago, as October 2022’s OOH campaign advertised Ashgar Heights’ Park-Themed Living Launching Now STARLA at October City.
Today IGI Developments utilizes out-of-home spaces to advertise a “Move In Now and Pay Later” awareness campaign for a “2 & 3 Bedroom Limited Units” at Ashgar City’s City Yard. The 2 to 3-bedroom “Furnished Units” that are offered are “85 SQM to 135 SQM” apartments. And the highly appealing payment plan displayed on the billboard spaces highlights that you can either pay a “10K Monthly Installment” which is equivalent to the average monthly rent payment in the area “7 years installments” or a “15% Downpayment” with “7 years installments”. The real estate developer places the ad message for the campaign in two-thirds of the OOH space in order to ensure that it is the first thing that is seen by OOH viewers and potential residential property buyers. IGI Developments also uses real photos of the residential spaces and lastly places the hotline as a call to action for those who show interest.
