Deyaar Development used Hoarding OOH spaces to visualize the next-level standard of living. The visuals display three different shots of the project, all capturing the eyes of OOH viewers from afar.

Deyaar’s Midtown Residential Project is not uncommon to UAE OOH viewers, as the first OOH campaign for the project was launched in March 2020. For the past 2 years, the real estate developer has worked on completing the project and in today’s OOH campaign has announced to the anticipated out-of-home viewers using Uni-pole OOH spaces that potential residential property buyers can “Move in April 2023” to the “Fully Integrated Community within Your Reach”. The OOH visuals showcase the integrated apartments facing a beautiful scene, encouraging buyers to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors of the project. With Midtown’s completion date for the project being set very soon, could we expect that the real estate developer will launch another OOH campaign for Midtown in this quarter?
