Al Futtaim Group has appeared on Dubai’s OOH scene with the face of IKEA. IKEA’s last OOH campaign flaunted its flexible atmosphere just a month ago. This time, IKEA is advertising its furniture in a football-centric style. IKEA lovers should head straight to their stores or online since the Swedish furniture retailer brings a selection of sofas to create a cozy, homey feel to your personal space. The highlight of the ad is the SÖDERHAMN, the seven-seat sofa with deep seats and loose back cushions for added support, priced at 6,485 AED, and the VIMILE with a modular design fit for families and kids, at 4,645 AED. A group of male friends is spotted mid-football watching, animated, and super engaged with what’s happening on the screen, next to the caption “Create more space to welcome football.” Another one says, “Play as the best possible host”, while you “Make the game viewing wonderful”, with an image of a family enjoying a match joyously. The new campaign spread in the first week of October and could be seen on hoardings.
