Who says Diwali is only celebrated across India? With Indian culture spread worldwide, Diwali is also celebrated in Dubai. This year it’s celebrated in the Festival of Lights in Dubai for their first event ever in a DOOH campaign on Dubai’s streets. Jumeirah Golf Estates invites people to join them and celebrate the Indian Festival of Lights for an evening of family fun. Enjoy a free sparkler as well as lavish live buffet stations and all people’s favorite Bollywood tunes played by a live DJ. The campaign shows two different visuals for the upcoming festival. First is a pink-ish ombre-d to the orange colored background with an Indian mandala all over the billboard, reflecting obviously the Indian vibes and a phrase that says “have fun in the festival of lights in Dubai” with the date which is the 28th of October. While the other billboard is a light blue to white background with an Indian mandala as well as a phrase that says, “Buy jewelry and win up to AED 150,000” referring to a promotion, with the exact phrase as well to have fun in the festival of lights and accounts of styled by Dubai and celebrate Dubai are listed at the bottom. The campaign flooded UAE’s billboards in the second week of October as Digital Screens.
