UC Developments initiates a strong OOH campaign that is taking place on Cairo’s Ring Road around the Nasr City area. The last appearance of UC Developments on Cairo’s OOH scene was in June 2022, which was advertising their EASTTOWER project launch, their flexible buying and installment option, as well as their discount offer.

As far as visuals go, the printed ads copies have a black background encompassing the esteemed developer’s name, hotline, and their different projects’ names written in a contrasting white color which makes the ads hard to miss and clear for the target audience that is navigating the Ring Road in a relatively high speed. 

The developer’s logo, as well as the logos of each of their three projects and the firm’s website, all appear in a light gold color that is soothing to the eye. There are two formats to the ad where one is displayed in a horizontal view while the other is presented in a vertical form.
