Noor Capital Gardens, the propitious real estate developer owned by Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), has overtaken Cairo’s OOH mediums to promote their hallmark Noor Capital Gardens once again after an OOH campaign in April.

Showcasing stunning apartments starting with spaces of 67meters squared and with spaces starting from 195 squared for villas meters, the outdoors ad captures all eyes on Cairo’s roads with their bluer-than-the-sky pool, relaxing chaise lounges, and modern architecture depicting “A smart choice for a new life,” reflecting on their smart homes, automated transportation, and more. Noor Capital Gardens adds its hotline and website to the billboards. 

TMG Holding launched Noor City in a campaign in 2021. The project is 5,000 acres, including 140,000 housing units alongside fully-fledged and integrated services from commercial, government, administrative and other amenities.
