The exterior design of the complex showcased in the ad highlights the complex’s efficient yet sophisticated blueprint. The ad’s color pallet is a neutral one with a hint of gold used in the complex exterior and the 8 in the logo. The latter mentioned colors used provoke prestige as well as safety and simplicity. Some ads are more dynamic than others, pulling attention to the brand logo rather than the complex. The ad copy notes the installment plan, is priced at 6% forefront payment in addition to installments available up to 10 years.
